Now you can study the guitar with me LIVE, One on One on your computer screen in real time. It's just like being with me in my studio, but without sitting in traffic or spending money on gas. It's all done real easy through Skype, a FREE video conference application that you can easily download. That's right... there's NO FEE for the Skype service. Once you're hooked up, we can schedule lessons right there in your home, live and online.
I'll teach what you want in a way that is completely understandable, tailored to your level and will help you achieve your goals.
Is this as good as the real thing?
It's pretty close, I'll say that. We can both see and hear each other pretty clearly and you'll learn just as much as if you were right in the room with me. Come to think of it, you ARE!
Easy to set up. Here's what you'll need:
1. A video camera for you computer. I use a Logitech Quickcam.... plug and play.
2. A video conference application. I like Skype. It's simple to use and free.
3. Your choice of payment... .either by a check in the mail (yes, it still exists) or through a Paypal account, a very secure and easy way to pay for anything online.
Here's how it works:
Once you're set up send me an EMAIL and we'll talk about a time that works best for you and what you'd like to study. After I recieve your payment we'll get going on your lesson right away.
What you'll get:
The lessons will be just under an hour long and depending on the lesson will include a pdf file of the tab and an mp3 sound file which I'll send you via email. This way you can follow along at home and you'll get to keep the lesson when we're done.
I charge $50.
